At The Merch Collective, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Our goal is to ensure you represent your favorite creators with the perfect fit and style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
